At Insatiable Red, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality lingerie and exceptional service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.

Returns

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  1. Unused and Unworn: The item must be in the original condition, unworn, and with all tags and labels attached.

  2. Within 30 Days: The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Insatiable Red account.

  2. Navigate to the "Order History" section.

  3. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.

  4. Follow the instructions to submit a return request.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 20 business days.

 

Exchanges

Eligibility Criteria

We offer exchanges for items that meet the following criteria:

  1. Size or Color Exchange: You may exchange an item for a different size or color, subject to availability.

  2. Within 30 Days: The exchange request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

How to Initiate an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please follow the return process mentioned above and specify the details of the exchange in the comments section.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging items unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
